Every mutual fund scheme offers two options: Direct Plans and Regular Plans.
Direct Plans allow you to invest straight with the Asset Management Company (AMC) without intermediaries, resulting in a lower expense ratio—but you handle all decisions independently. These suit self-directed investors comfortable with research and monitoring.
Regular Plans involve an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor like Digi-Finmart Private Limited, who provides ongoing guidance, goal alignment, fund suitability, and discipline through market cycles. The slightly higher expense ratio covers trail commissions for this comprehensive support.
